Terms Of Service

GENERAL TERMS

-Commissions must be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

-I have the right to decline and/or cancel a commission at any time.

-If I am halfway through the commission and you decide to cancel you will only be refunded half of what was paid.

-I will post any commissioned art on my social media (unless requested otherwise, in which I can decide to post the commission at a later date.)

-"First come first served". Commissions will be done in order of whoever comes first, second, third, etc.

-Please provide reference drawings or pictures for the most accurate depiction.

-PLEASE DO NOT reproduce and sell the commissioned art.

-Any commissioned art is for personal use only.

-You can post the commission online as long as you give me proper credit.

-I will only draw in the art styles I'm experienced in, but if you request otherwise I can't promise that it will be done perfectly.

-Do not remove my watermark or signature and claim it as your own.

-Do not use the commission and sell it as an NFT.

-Do not put the commission in any AI applications.

-I will send the final work via email after receiving the other 50% of the payment. (In high resolution 350-600 dpi in PNG, JPEG and/or PDF format)

-Hateful or offensive imagery

-Anything politically related

-realism

-NSFW

-Other art styles (inquire for any possible exceptions.)

-Animals I'm not familiar with drawing

-Incredibly complex backgrounds
